Approach.
Saja is passionate about getting to the root of your problem in order to help you move and feel better. Her approach is centred around finding the cause of your pain or injury in order to best help you get back to the activities you enjoy. Saja has a special interest in more complex injuries which require a whole body assessment to identify possible asymmetries or areas of dysfunction which are then systematically addressed.
