Clinical pilates combines the traditional pilates exercise repertoire with the principles of physiotherapy. The principles of pilates include deep core activation and strengthening (abdominals and pelvic floor), movement control, posture, spinal alignment, and breathing. All clinical pilates sessions are private one-on-one appointments using a variety of pilates specific equipment.
